Our support network is a group of individuals whom have suffered from loss, neglect, rejection, abandonment, betrayal, or abuse, you may be wondering...

  • Is this why I find myself pulling away from the people I crave connection the most?
  • Is this why I am so easily angered or reactive?
  • Why do I feel like everything is wonderful one moment and then completely depressing the next?  I feel like I am on an emotional roller coaster. Will I ever get off this ride?
  • Is this why I find myself numbing in all sorts of ways that I know aren't healthy and don't make me feel better? Is there a better way to engage in self-care?
  • Is there a way for me to show up in more loving ways for my most important relationships?
  • How long will it take for me to experience healing from these wounds?
  • Where can I get the right support, help, and direction I need to develop resiliency from shame and find peace, joy, and self-compassion?

You are not alone!

Working with individuals and couples over that past 15 years has taught me a lot about healing from attachment wounds.  With the right information, direction, and support, I have personally watched hundreds of clients find peace and live joyful lives even when the wounds have been left untreated for decades.

There is hope!  Your wounds can heal!  You can build deeper, more fulfilling relationships. You can enjoy life! You don't have to blame yourself anymore. You can find purpose, meaning, and stand in your light - as a partner, parent, friend, family member, or in whatever other roles you have.

Let me show you how.

There are Five Skill-Sets to Master in Finding Peace

The Wound

Learn how to identify our attachment wounds and what triggers them.  Explore what happens in the body and in the brain so that wound care can begin as quickly as possible.

The Shadows

Develop strategies to thwart the Shadows of Shame and challenge the negative core messages written on your nervous system.

Your Emotions

Giving ourselves permission to feel our feelings is tough and yet one of the most important skills we can strengthen. It helps us process the pain  and creates a place for healing to occur.

We must connect with loving, courageous truths to rewrite the negative messages that have kept us stuck.  When we embrace the light, we stand powerfully in our truth! It is from here powerful change occurs.

Your Needs

Out of the five skills, this is the toughest.  Figuring out our needs and how to get them met in healthy ways takes vulnerability and commitment.  But when we master it, the outcomes are unstoppable.

A large majority of folks are living in contradiction and internal conflict.  They are hurting on the inside, but don't want anyone to know. They mask their inner turmoil with a smile and the phrase, "I'm fine."  Their social media profile portrays a life they want everyone to believe they are living, but inside, they know they are not.

As this process of masking continues, many fall into a spiral of shame.  They numb the pain with food, drugs, alcohol, work, sex, sleep, sugar, or whatever only to feel so unworthy as a human being they numb again just to stop the pain - which never really works.

As the spiral continues, relationships disconnect, feelings of hopelessness, resentment, bitterness, anxiety, or depression explode, and ultimately isolation and loneliness is the result.

It doesn't have to be this way.

The Finding Peace Support Network is ideal for that who

  • Are just starting the path to peace and want support early on.

  • Have already experienced, but want a safe place to keeping learning and growing while connecting with others along the path.
